	MARK GRAVES - Managing Director Mark Graves founded Linear Mortgage Network. After successfully building three separate mortgage operations for other organisations, Mark thought it was about time to set up his own company.
	ROGER LUCAROTTI - Operations Director Roger is responsible for the day to day operations of the company. Roger has a great deal of experience in the financial services and estate agency market which spans 30 years
	SIMON HENDY - Financial Services Director Simon has had 10 years in the mortgage industry starting as a mortgage consultant with the Halifax in an Estate Agency branch. Within 18 months he became a regional sales manager for both Estate Agency consultants & retail Consultants. In 2003 he joined Mortgages Direct as a regional sales manager and joined Linear in Nov 2005.
	JEFF WOODS - Business Development Director Jeff started his career early in 1989 as a Mortgage Consultant initially with Countrywide and then Royal and Sun Alliance Property Services. He was then promoted to Sales Manager in both Direct Sales and Estate Agency Financial Services until 2004. Jeff has also been a Mortgage Services Operations Manager for a large Corporate Estate Agency until joining Linear in March 2006.
